In this 15 Minute Hip Opening Yoga video we will be opening the Hips and increasing hip flexibility with gentle but effective and powerful hip opening yoga poses, starting with seated poses, then moving on to prone hip opening poses, and ending with relaxing, deep hip opening poses on the back. Stiff hips can lead to a cascade of other problems such as low back pain, hamstring pain, sciatica and more since the entire body is connected. So, since we sit often, it is important to throw in some hip opening yoga specifically targeted at loosening up the hips ideally a few times a week ...and for anyone who isn’t sedentary most of the day, hip flexibility tends to usually still be lacking and it is still important to get some hip opening in. Basically, hip health is vital to overall health in many ways, and should not be ignored
